if you have a PayPal account
If you already have a PayPal account and wish to use it, please submit payment in US DOLLARS to: 
- To do so, you can either:
- log-in to PayPal directly or
- click on the PayPal button below and then log into your account from there.
if you don't have a PayPal account
If you don't have a PayPal account and wish to pay by credit card or bank card, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure proper currency is selected at top of page and then click on PayPal button above.
2. On the next web page fill in the appropriate amount in US DOLLARS and hit "Update".
3. After the total has updated, click on the "Pay with debit or credit card" link.
4. Fill in your personal information and follow further instructions.
